Today I hit 2 new pb’s at a weight I never thought I would reach. He pushes me week in week out. I don’t think I have ever felt so strong. I’ve also made a fab new bunch of friends. Would highly recommend if your looking to start your fitness journey or just need some extra motivation.

I have been going to gyms most of my life doing my own work out which has not been to bad but I never reached my goal. I got a leaflet through my door saying gym van I went on his website and thought it looked good so I contacted Pete gardener he explained what he does so me and my wife decided to give it a go. Let me tell you it was the best thing I have done Pete is very good at training you I lost 1st in weight within 2 weeks which I have never done before Pete will train you hard to get to your goal he makes sure that when you train that you do the exercises correctly so you do not damage yourself. I would give Pete 5 stars so if you want to look good and feel better in yourself I would recommend in giving him a try.

Taking the step to start your journey is difficult for the most of people, Choosing a Trainer or Gym you can trust, enjoy and stick with is another huge challenge and can often mean putting it off time and time again. I saw a video of Pete training someone and thought it looked good I swallowed my pride and here I am 3 months into my 1-1 training. I’ve got a long way to go but so far I couldn’t of wished for better.. we train… it’s tough… sometimes really tough but you know what it’s fun.. and when it’s fun you want to go back. Pete tailors your journey to you.. keeps a personal touch and for me it’s the best thing I’ve done this year. Il stick with Pete until one day we’re training as pals, another thing you’ll gain when choosing The Gym Van, A Great Mate! Stop putting it off, Get it done 💪🏻 .

I joined a few months ago now and was apprehensive at first getting back into fitness after a long break. But I can honestly say that everyone is so welcoming, I knew a few people that do the classes but those I didn’t know made it easy to join in. Everyone supports each other and whatever your goals are, lose weight, get fit, tone up there’s a class and exercises to suit you.

Pete’s great, highly recommend, oh and the social side of being part of the Gym Van is good to 😆
